I chose the 2016 5-8 IA Assessment Goals and Analysis document because it shows strength in working towards district and building goals.
Artifact: 2016 5-8 IA Assessment Goals and Analysis
Reflection: Laura Atwood and I developed this document and a process for analyzing the building results with teachers in order to take a different tact in understanding strengths and weaknesses. In this way, we were able to incorporate the Iowa Core, data, and begin talking about how to differentiate with students in the building.
