Demonstrates an understanding of and respect for all learners and staff.
I chose a differentiated lesson from my blog because it shows respect for a wide range of student abilities.
Artifact: Louisiana Purchase
Reflection: This lesson and many others like it allow for students to work at their ability level. Differentiation is a struggle in my classroom and I constantly work to get better at it.
